We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Visibly damaged
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

In the event the product arrives to you damaged, please contact us on alexkimdom010@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will always ask you for pictures to assess the damage. 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
